«Working at G+P means working with diverse teams made up of people from different backgrounds, which provides the opportunity to explore new perspectives and approaches. The willingness to learn something new is always present and contributes to increased motivation. The activities at G+P are very diverse and often lead to interesting collaborations, sometimes reflecting personal passions. Self-organisation is a key element that offers great freedom and enables a good work-life balance. We are always on the lookout for new energy solutions, both in the area of sustainability and in the other activities we are involved in. The variety of projects is exciting and ranges from small detached houses to large buildings, often located in protected zones.
