We use the information obtained via such cookies to make it easier for you to visit and use our websites, to tailor and improve the websites to the needs of visitors, and for statistical purposes. In addition, you can delete already stored cookies at any time.

Web analytics services

We use web analytics services on our website because we want to constantly improve in order to offer you an even better service in the future. The web analytics services we use employ so-called tracking technologies in order to identify potential for improvement and to design our website to meet your needs.

Which web analytics services do we use?

For our websites we use:

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, Mountain View (CA), USA ("Google"). The cookies used by Google Analytics are stored on your computer or mobile device and enable an analysis of the use of our website.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as browser type/version, operating system used, website from which the visit is made (referrer URL), IP address of the accessing computer and time of server request are transmitted to a Google server (especially in the USA) and stored there. We are pleased to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by IP anonymization to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). By activating IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. An identification of your devices is thus not possible. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

On our behalf, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to us as the website operator. The recipient of the collected data is Google.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin. These so-called opt-out cookies prevent the future collection of your data by Google Analytics when visiting our website.

Hyperlinks

Our website contains hyperlinks to websites that are not operated or monitored by Grolimund + Partner AG. Grolimund + Partner AG is not responsible for their content and handling of your personal data. We recommend that you read the data protection statements applicable there.

In principle, we show you the links and a separate click is necessary for the use of third party websites. However, there are the following exceptions to note:

Google Maps

In order to better show the locations of our properties, Google Maps from Google LLC., Mountain View (CA), USA ("Google") is integrated on our website.

Already when calling up those sub-pages in which a map from Google Maps is integrated, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transmitted to Google servers in the USA and stored there. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want the assignment with your profile at Google, you must log out of your Google user account. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of such user profiles, and you must contact Google to exercise this right.

If you do not agree to the future transmission of your data to Google in the context of the use of Google Maps, you also have the option of completely disabling the Google Maps web service by turning off the JavaScript application in your browser. Google Maps and thus also the map display on our website can then not be used.

For detailed information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by Google, please refer to the terms of use for Google Maps and Google's privacy policy. There you will also find further information about your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy.

We have appropriate technical and organizational security measures against loss, destruction and manipulation. In addition, your data is secured against access, modification or distribution by unauthorized persons. All data that you transmit to us via our registration and contact forms are transmitted in encrypted form. We use the so-called SSL transmission (Secure Socket Layer), a security standard that is supported by most browsers. Knowing that the transmission of information via the Internet always involves a certain security risk, we are committed to continuously improving our security measures in line with technological developments.

Data subject rights

You have the right to request information from us about your personal data processed by us. If, despite our efforts to ensure that the data is correct and up to date, incorrect information about you has been stored, you can request that your data stored by us be corrected or completed, or even destroyed.
